Avalanche Build Games is the flagship online builder competition and accelerator program organized by Ava Labs and the Avalanche ecosystem. Designed specifically to catalyze crypto-native talent, the competition challenges technical founders, designers, and web3 developers to transform early-stage concepts into fully functional, production-ready decentralized applications on the Avalanche network.

Program Structure and Timeline

Spanning six fast-paced weeks, the competition operates across four distinct milestone-driven stages structured to replicate a high-intensity venture studio journey:

• Stage 1: Idea Formation: Builders focus on problem definition, market opportunity validation, and initial architecture formulation, alongside structured co-founder matching activities.

• Stage 2: MVP Development: Teams transition conceptual frameworks into functional minimum viable products leveraging Avalanche's L1 infrastructure and tooling.

• Stage 3: Go-To-Market (GTM) & Vision: Founders refine their pitch, tokenomics, UX design, and market penetration strategies.

• Stage 4: Finals: Finalist teams present their working applications and business models to an elite panel of ecosystem evaluators, investors, and industry judges.

Mentorship, Tooling, and Ecosystem Network

Participants receive direct access to technical leadership and developer relations specialists from Ava Labs through dedicated office hours and technical workshops. The program features structured sessions with leading infrastructure and industry partners, covering topics such as Chainlink Oracle integration, AI-native infrastructure, product thinking, UX design, and enterprise web3 solutions. Builders also gain direct integration access to Avalanche developer tools, including the L1 Launcher, Interchain Messaging (ICM) Deployer, and developer AI/LLM toolsets.
