The Net Zero - AI Accelerator is an intensive 8-week program, offered in an in-person/hybrid format. Participants are strongly encouraged to immerse themselves in the San Francisco innovation ecosystem by attending in person. The program features weekly live sessions and dedicated 1:1 mentorship. Applications for the 2025 cohort are open now until August 23, 2025, with rolling reviews. Interview Week is scheduled for August 25-29, and the program runs from September 2 to October 28, culminating in a Demo Day on October 28, 2025, in San Francisco, CA.

Mentorship and Network

Participants gain access to a robust network of industry veterans, including experts from the Department of Energy (DOE), utilities, industrial OEMs, and cleantech manufacturing. This deep industry expertise provides battle-tested guidance for navigating complex systems. The program also offers accelerated customer access, connecting startups with a curated corporate network of over 70 partners, including Shell Ventures, Amazon, and United Airlines, to fast-track B2B traction, pilots, and customer acquisition.

Investment Terms

Each selected startup receives an investment of $60,000, comprising $50,000 in cash and $10,000 in in-kind support. The investment is structured as a $3 million post-money SAFE. For startups that have previously raised at a higher valuation, the investment will be structured as a 2% warrant. The program targets a cohort size of 5 startups, ensuring personalized attention and support.
